The head work of this Minor Flow Irrigation scheme is located in village Bahjani (Lat-26.531085 Long-91.992204) under Kalaigaon Dev. Block and Kalaigaon LAC in the district of Darrang. The Scheme was originally constructed during the year 1958 across river Noanadi which is a perennial one. To improve the efficiency, the scheme was taken up under AIBP and 1800 Ha. of irrigation potential has been created after 100% completion of AIBP works.

The scheme is supplying irrigation water to the paddy field regularly as demanded by the cultivators. The potential created is 1800.00 Hect for kharif crop season and 1200.00 Hect for Rabi crop season.
