Such programmes are generally taken up under various institutional funding. Under ARIASP (Assam Rural Infrastructure & Agricultural Services Project funded by World Bank) 181 Nos. of Training Programme for Operation and Maintenance for Irrigation of schemes to WUA farmers has been taken up. Besides these out-of-State exposure visits for Irrigation officials concerned NGOs and WUA farmers have been organized in different states of the country.
